The Bitcoin Ahr999 metric is a reference indicator used to measure the investment value of Bitcoin, proposed by an investor whose wallet address starts with Ahr999, also known as 9 Gods. His self created indicator takes into account factors such as the price of Bitcoin and the 200 day fixed investment cost.
The calculation formula for the Bitcoin Ahr999 indicator is quite complex:
Ahr999 indicator=(Bitcoin price/200 day fixed investment cost) * (Bitcoin price/index growth valuation)
This formula comprehensively considers the relationship between the current price of Bitcoin and the average price over the past 200 days, as well as the relationship between the average price over the past 200 days and the market average selling price, in order to measure the relative high or low current price of Bitcoin and provide investors with a reference for investment timing.
Simply put, it reflects the degree of deviation of the current price of Bitcoin from the average cost over a period of time in the past. When the Ahr999 indicator value is low, it indicates that the Bitcoin price is relatively low and the investment value is high; On the contrary, when the indicator value is high, it means that the price of Bitcoin may be relatively overvalued.
Copy bottom line (green line): You can see the green copy bottom line in the screenshot. When the Ahr999 indicator value is below the bottom line (usually around 0.45), it is considered a good time to bottom line. In historical data, when the Ahr999 indicator touches or falls below this line, the price of Bitcoin tends to be relatively low, and the probability of subsequent upward trends is high. For example, in some past periods, when the Ahr999 indicator fell below the bottom line, the price of Bitcoin subsequently experienced a significant increase.
Fixed investment line (red line): The red fixed investment line is another important reference. When the Ahr999 indicator value is between 0.45 and 1.2, it is suitable for Bitcoin regular investment. Within this range, the price of Bitcoin is relatively reasonable, and through regular fixed investments, costs can be smoothed to a certain extent, avoiding investment risks caused by excessive market fluctuations. When the Ahr999 indicator value is higher than 1.2, it means that the price of Bitcoin is relatively high. At this time, investing in Bitcoin may face high costs and risks, and it is recommended to pause investing.
The relationship between BTC price and Ahr999 indicator: It can be seen from the graph that there is a certain correlation between Bitcoin price (green line) and Ahr999 indicator (blue line). When the price of Bitcoin drops significantly, the Ahr999 indicator usually decreases accordingly; And when the price of Bitcoin rises, the Ahr999 indicator will also rise. But the two are not completely synchronized, and the Ahr999 indicator can serve as one of the reference criteria for judging the trend of Bitcoin prices and investment timing.
3. Use the Bitcoin Ahr999 indicator to buy at the bottom and invest in BTC regularly
Bottom fishing: When the Ahr999 indicator value is below the bottom fishing line, investors can consider buying a certain amount of Bitcoin at once to bottom fishing. However, it should be noted that although historical data shows that this is a good buying opportunity, the market situation is complex and volatile, and cannot rely solely on this indicator. It is also necessary to combine other technical and fundamental analyses to make a comprehensive judgment. For example, observing factors such as Bitcoin trading volume and market sentiment to improve the success rate of bottom fishing.
Fixed investment: When the Ahr999 indicator value is between 0.45 and 1.2, investors can start investing in Bitcoin in fixed amounts on a regular basis. You can set a fixed time interval (such as weekly or monthly) and invest a fixed amount of funds to purchase Bitcoin. In this way, even if the price of Bitcoin fluctuates in the short term, costs can be smoothed out and average returns can be obtained through long-term fixed investments. When the Ahr999 indicator value is higher than 1.2, fixed investment should be suspended and wait for the indicator value to fall back to the appropriate range before resuming fixed investment.
Of course, the Bitcoin Ahr999 indicator can serve as a reference tool for bottom fishing and fixed investment in Bitcoin investment, but it cannot be the only decision-making basis. When using this indicator, investment decisions should be made cautiously based on the actual market situation and other analytical methods. After all, the design logic of the Ahr999 indicator considers the mining cost factor based on the infinite increase in coin price.
